PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES FOR ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS
BUSINESS CARDS, POSTCARDS, RACKCARDS, ETC.
Send us PDF, JPEG, TIFF or EPS (convert text to outlines)
Size Business Card artwork at 3.625" x 2.125" (even if card has no bleed)
Oversize ALL artwork additional .125 (.0625 each side) for cutting allowance
Front and Back are separate files
Submit color as CMYK
NO PRINTER MARKS OR CROP MARKS
FLYERS AND BROCHURES
Send us PDF, JPEG, TIFF or EPS (convert text to outlines)
Size artwork additional .125 (.0625 each side) if bleed cut requested
Example Sizes: 8.625" x 11.125"; 17.125" x 11.125"; 4.125" x 6.125"
Submit color as CMYK
NO PRINTER MARKS OR CROP MARKS
BOOKLETS AND CATALOGS (Saddle Stitched)
Send a PDF in page order; we will assemble when over 4 pages
Size artwork additional .125 (.0625 each side) if bleed cut requested

MAGAZINES AND POD BOOKS (Pefect Bound)
Send 2 PDFs; Cover Spreads and Inside Pages;
Cover Spreads should have an allowance for the Book Spine
Size artwork additional .25 (.125 each side) for binding and trimming allowance
Submit color as CMYK
NO PRINTER MARKS OR CROP MARKS
BANNERS, FOAMCORE, AND SIGNS
Send us PDF, JPEG, TIFF or EPS (ALWAYS convert text to outlines or shapes for sharp lines)
Size artwork to actual FINISHED size
Resolution can be in the range of 72-300dpi to keep files manageable
Submit color as CMYK

RULES!!!!!
1. Send your files as PDF, Tiff, JPEG, or EPS (convert text to outlines).
2. DO NOT Send us your RAW files (.psd, indd, ai, etc)
3. NO PRINTER MARKS AND NO CROP MARKS for our shop
4. For General Print (NOT Signage, Banners, or Perfect Bound Books); add .0625 for bleed cut (ie. send 8.625" x 11.125")
5. Submit Color as CMYK (Be aware that color differentiation from RGB may occur).

Please note the above submission requirements so that we can turn your job around efficiently. We pre-press and proof all jobs and will notify any problems or issues we may see. However, we take NO responsibility for spelling and layout errors or for the final print that results from your submitted file(s).
